Priced at 30/- per dozen the diagonal label to the lid states L.T.A. Official 1948. In two shades of blue the decorative lid and sides give further information as follows – Made in England and produced in 13/14 Ashley Place, Westminster, London. The original six balls are accompanied by a net bag for the purpose of carrying onto court. With the lid attached the box measures 20.5 x 13.5 x 7cms and is in great condition.
