Action Shot of Parke 1913 Davis Cup
French Press action shot taken in the first match of the Challenge Round. Parke in action against McLoughlin. Although Parke won in five sets, the U.S.A. went onto win by three rubbers to two. As British Isles were the holders the tie was held at Worple Road, Wimbledon. Text to reverse. The image is glossy and in good condition, save a minor crease to the top left corner, there is also a small tear and minor loss to the top right corner. This item measures 18.5 x 16cms.
